Hamvention Media credentials

We are happy to provide media credentials for working journalists who intend to do stories about Hamvention. We thank you for all the coverage in the past. There are two ways to submit your request for media credentials. You may click on the link below and complete an online form or you may download the Word document form, complete it and either use postal mail or attach it to an email. If you have covered Hamvention® before the form is all we need. If you are new to Hamvention please to provide a copy of press credentials or another way to verify your position, such as a web address, masthead, letterhead, etc. You may use the submission method that is most convenient for you. We will send an email confirmation when we receive your request. When you arrive at Hamvention please report to the Media Office located in the East Hall to pick up your media credentials. Use the entrance at Wolf Road (entrance 1) and the guard will provide a temporary pass and directions to the East Hall. Any questions please contact media@hamvention.org
