Thank you for your interest in
becoming an Inside Exhibitor.We have approximately 550 indoor
exhibit spaces. Exhibitors are limited to amateur radio, electronic,
and related businesses.
Inside Exhibits -Pricing
Thru March 15, 2008 $570.00 After March 15, 2008 $635.00
Exhibit booths are approx. 10’ x 8’ and include
(1) one 8’ X 30” table, (2) two chairs and 200 watts of
electricity.
Included is one parking pass and (3) three name badges per each booth.
Additional badges are $20.00 each.
A Hamvention badge or an admission ticket is required for admission.
With Express check-in service, we mail all material
to you approximately (6) six weeks prior to Hamvention.
If your application is received before by March 01, 2008, we will
attempt to assign you the same booth space as last year.
We accept Master card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
