Audio/Visual Plans — Setup for each room:

 

 Windows PC, with CD/DVD and USB capabilities for flash drives

 Powerpoint and Word

 Windows Media Player and Quicktime

 Projector with Screen

 Lectern

 Microphone

 Shure mixer connected to PC audio with spare inputs for your own devices.  One spare output (RCA or XLR) for recording or Webcasts.

 Speakers

What we do NOT have:

 Laser pointers

 VHS players

 Overhead projectors

 Slide projectors

 Macintosh or Apple devices (except PC-based Quicktime)

 Wireless microphones

 Special lighting

Contact the Forums committee for vendor contact information to rent specialized equipment.  Limited support will be available during forum setup; I recommend contacting Forums before the show if you think your setup requires testing or rehearsal.

You are allowed to use your own laptop, however compatibility with the projector is not guaranteed.  Bring a backup of your presentation on CD or Flash in case your laptop fails. 

There will be 15 minute intervals between forums to allow for audience movement and speaker setup.
