Parking during Hamvention
Visitors are urged to use the remote parking provided by Hamvention. The bus shuttles will run frequently, providing easy access to Hara Arena.

If you choose to park along any of the private streets near Hara Arena, please observe all rules about parking near driveways, etc. If called by residents, the police will ticket and/or tow cars which violate any law.

Private paid parking is available across the street from Hara Arena.  Some private owners are also offering parking in lots along Shiloh Springs and Bashore Roads. Hamvention has no control over any of this parking and any questions or problems should be taken to the owners of those lots.

There is motorcycle parking at the edge of the wooded area West of the Exhibitor and
Committee parking area, South of the Bus Tent area. There are usually tour and school buses parked in the same area. We ask them to back in  at an angle for easier exiting out to Basore Road. Motorcycles usually park in same general area. We do suggest that you bring a plate or board for you stands, as there can be soft ground conditions in that area.

Entering Hara Arena
Left turns will not be permitted from Shiloh Springs Road at the Wolf Road intersection.  Traffic entering the flea market and/or ADA parking should travel west on Shiloh Springs Road from Main Street. Click here for details.  Vendors entering the vendors parking area should either come west on Shiloh Springs or north in the left lane of Wolf Road. Click for details. Click here for more info and maps.

Golf cart shuttles
The Hara Complex is large. To assist people in moving around the property Hamvention provides golf cart shuttles that are available to anyone but the elderly and those with mobility problems have first priority.   If you make a large purchase in the flea market, a cart will be available to help move your buy to the pickup area.  The carts are limited to specific areas of the Hara property. Don't ask the shuttle operators to take you into the flea market or to your car unless you are parked in ADA parking. Even that location may be limited during periods of high traffic.

No Segways, motorbike or motor scooters in the flea market.
The only motorized vehicles permitted to move about the fleamarket once it is open are Hara or Hamvention golf carts, motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

KOA buses
The campground will be selling tickets for the bus. The first bus will leave KOA at 7
a.m. Two buses will run continuously until 10 a.m. when they will switch to 30 minute
schedules with one leaving from each end on the hour and half hour. At 3 p.m. they will
switch and leave Hara as soon as they fill and run continuously until there is no one
waiting.

Ticket Sales
Tickets will be sold in the lobby of Hara Arena, close to the remote bus drop off point.  That will also be the location for "Will Call"  They will also be sold in East Hall, near the Shiloh Springs/Wolf Road entrance.

Strict  No-Smoking rules in effect

Last November a strict no-smoking law was passed in a statewide Ohio vote.  Hara Arena and all commercial establishments must enforce no smoking in all public areas including within reasonable distance (generally believed to be about 20-25 feet) of all entrances. In addition any tent in the fleamarket that required a permit must also enforce no smoking provisions.
