Dayton Hamvention Volunteers
Volunteers,
We would like to thank you for your time and commitment to Amateur Radio. Our
goal to educate and promote this community service & hobby happens because
of you!
A six hour or more commitment during or before, Hamvention® 2011; entitles you to (1) an admission ticket qualifying you for prize drawings, (2) a Hara Arena parking pass valid for all three days of the show, and (3) an exclusive Hamvention® 2011 cap.
You do not have to be a member of D.A.R.A. to be a volunteer. All volunteer
submissions will be acknowledged by the appropriate chairperson from now through
the first week of May, 2011. There is a possibility; however, you might not
receive a volunteer position if more people apply than there are openings.
Show days and hours that volunteers are utilized are Thursday, 7:00 am to 7:00
pm; Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00pm; Saturday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm; Sunday, 7:00 am
to 3:00 pm. Some may also be needed on Wednesday to assist with general setup.
